28-year-old singer-songwriter Roy Lucian Baza first emerged into the music scene in 2007 at the age of 12.
Releasing material as his previous alias ‘Dom Baza’, the multi-faceted talent worked with respected
producers including Doug Chancellor and James Earley. The last few years welcomed his return, after a hiatus
due to being diagnosed with the eye disease, Glaucoma, he is an artist that embraces progress, inclusivity
and diversity through the power of his music. Last year, Roy released his self-titled debut album produced by
Ben Wilkins alongside a visual film directed by Anthony Rojas entitled ‘Roy: The Film’ which brought the
album to life.
Following the finalisation of his new short film in Boston, ‘Where It Began’ which is inspired by his new music
and his first tour ‘The Closed Door Tour’ with his band across the United States, rising star Roy Lucian Baza
has now returned to deliver his electronic-influenced new offering ‘Down 4 That’ this April. The track was created at the end of writing material for Roy’s debut self-titled album. The track is a taster of
what’s to come from the exciting artist with forthcoming music dropping this May and a second studio album
in the works, re-teaming with talented producer, Ben Wilkins.
